Carol Pashman
Director of Education
Carol is an executive leader with twenty years experience in both the academic health system space and the education, technology and credentialing arenas. She has demonstrated proven ability to identify and drive strategic priorities through effective medical education collaboratives with national academic centers, industry and a variety of other healthcare organizations. She develops advanced quality and safety improvement science programming for physicians and corporate leadership utilizing modern methods to advance continuous performance improvement across the entire healthcare community.
In 1997, she conceived and created MedicusCME, a leading provider of multi-modality
educational programming for healthcare professionals, and through the ongoing support of a highly committed physician advisory board comprised of national leaders in scientific research and medical education, was one of the first accredited, non-institutional CME providers in the central United States.
Under her leadership, the MedicusCME team of expert education program and content developers apply advanced educational methods to current scientific research to deliver a variety of education initiatives designed to improve health care quality and protect patient safety in support of continuous professional development across the medical specialties. MedicusCME directly facilitates educational platforms that deliver Performance Improvement and Self Assessment CME, and ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) Maintenance of Certification.
Carol is a licensed professional, registered nurse. She completed her Master of Science degree in Adult and Continuing Education at Kansas State University (USA) in 2000.
